It's true.
Some people exert every effort to make you fall for them, and when you do, they just drop you like a hot potato simply because they changed their mind about wanting you.
And it would hurt. Badly.
More so, because you feel like a fool for loving someone and hoping he'd love you back when he never really said he would.
But is it really foolishness to love someone and give of yourself freely without guarantees that it will be reciprocated? Or is it more foolish to play with people's hearts and miss out on your chance at something that could truly be amazing?
A friend told me - they are the stupid ones for not recognizing a good thing when it's standing right in front of them, for letting it pass them by. Our only fault is in falling in love with the stupid people.
So true.
